    Our hogs are processed between 280-300 pounds.

    We estimate 220 pounds for hanging weight.

    The actual amount of pork will vary based on: hanging weight, the cuts you choose & thickness, bone-in / boneless.

    You will receive approx. 65% of the hanging weight.

    We do our best to make appointments monthly with local lockers. Below, you’ll see a list of available dates for butcher in 2024.
